Arctic lights campfire tour

Explore the lights by the fire

The area around Sommarøy is a great spot to search for the northern lights. On desolate beaches free from light pollution. With the sound of arctic waves crashing ashore you are guaranteed a spectacular evening if the skies are clear and the auroras show themselves.

With a guide we suit up and head out to a secluded spot and get the fire going to stay warm while waiting for the green lady to appear, hopefully in all her colors.

As we wait we enjoy roasting sausages and marshmellows over the fire and enjoy a cup of hot cofee or chocolate.
