We adjust our levels of activity to our clients and groups to make sure we are operating within safe and responsible limits and giving You the best experience available. This is what we feel will create that personal memory.

Difficulty levels

Level 1

On these tours we have nature in the focus and not physical endurance. The speed is low and the distance involved is adjusted to the group. If you go out for a walk a couple of days a week and enjoy being outside, this level is suited for you.

Level 2

At this level we work together to reach our goal. You should enjoy a small challenge and using your body. In the winter this level is for you if you enjoy challenging yourself a little against the weather and chill of winter.

Level 3

On this level we seek to challenge you. We want you to feel a sense of achievement and the feeling of a tired body and a happy mind after a great day out. We are accustomed to working outdoors with clients and will be working to motivate YOU to achieve you goals. Enjoying physical work gets you a long way here.
